So this device here is called a Keller Funnel. We use it with breast augmentation surgery. We use it to help us with breast augmentation because it helps with smaller scars. It means we manipulate the implant less, so there’s less damage to the implant, and you also get less biofilm which can be low-grade bacterial infection around the implant. So this is how it works: You put the implant in here, put a tiny hole here. We got this big old implant and you can see as we squeeze through, the implant comes through a much smaller hole. So it means your scar is smaller. Your implant is not damaged. And it’s delivered ly into the right spot for your breast augmentation.
